TronLink wallet data migration supports exporting / importing all wallets from different devices or different versions of TronLink wallets. If your wallet contains multiple addresses, this function will save you the trouble of importing one by one and greatly save the time of importing wallets.
Currently only the iOS version supports the data migration function, which will be described in detail below.
First enter the original TronLink wallet and click My → Settings → Wallet Data Migration.
Click Export Data File at the bottom of the page (we recommend that you read the feature introduction before exporting).
An encrypted file containing all the wallet data will be exported and you can transfer it to the specified device in a secure way or store it on the current device safely.
When importing, you can open the data file with TronLink you want to import to, or select Files → Send → Copy to TronLink to start the import.
The import process is short and all addresses are migrated to your new TronLink when it is complete.
It should be noted that although the exported data file has been encrypted, if the file is leaked, there is still a risk of being cracked, which will lead to loss of funds. It is recommended that you store and transfer it securely during the migration process. If a large amount of funds is stored in the wallet, it will be more secure to use other methods for migration.
